It seems that the coyotes have moved in big time in the last year into our areea just South of Galena, OH. The two individuals I have seen (if that is what I saw) were like slightly small german shepard dogs, with a medium bushy tail. A rather sturdy animal, not at all like a slightly built fox. Ocassionly there are very loud group sounds like a person screaming, but louder, and trailing into animal sounds.
In addition I am fearful for our local pets and wild turkeys. I would certainly kill all of them if I could, but they are very wary and seldom seen. So, how do other people feel about this situation? Do my observations confirm the presence of coyotes? Gene
