Has anyone seen any short-eared owls in the Ohio area near Killdeer Wildlife Refuge or The Wilds in Zanesville, OH. I was going to make a trip to both places, but I was curious to know if anyone has spotted these "sometimes wintering" raptors in Ohio. Thanks for anyone's help!
