Welcome
Thank you for your interest in the Ohio Breeding Bird Atlas II. This effort relies on the participation of bird enthusiasts to document the current distribution of breeding birds in Ohio. The Atlas provides an opportunity for anyone to contribute records of breeding birds from anywhere in Ohio between 2006 and 2011. This information is valuable and necessary to more effectively conserve bird populations. Whether you want to venture into remote parts of Ohio or record birds closer to home, there are a wide variety of ways to contribute. Please note that internet access is NOT REQUIRED to participate.

Submit Your Atlas Data!!
NOTE: Please submit your bird records (old and new) ASAP. Your data may be submitted online or mailed to us. It is critical that we have this information in order to maximize our efforts in this last field season. Not having your bird data in the online database can lead to duplication of effort because others would not be aware of your earlier effort in a block. If you have questions about data or data entry, please contact us by Email: ohiobba2@gmail.com or consult the data entry tutorial. Thanks to everyone for your important contributions!
