OBBA2 Spring Update

DEAR OBBA2 VOLUNTEER,

Greetings! We hope you are all enjoying the Biggest Week in American Birding. This is no doubt an exciting time of year as migrants pour in all over the state. Keep in mind that many birds have already started breeding, and fledglings can be found venturing off on their own for some species. Many more species are now within safe dates and can easily be added to the Atlas. Check our species list for the complete list. Note that many additional species exhibit breeding behaviors outside of suggested safe dates. These observations can add valuable data to the Atlas.

The latest edition of our newsletter, The Ohio Atlaser is now available. Check it out for all the latest atlas news, species accounts, and photos from our volunteers and staff. You can find the newest edition and past issues of the newsletter on our website archives.

On behalf of OBBA2, we thank you for your valuable contributions to this project. Happy birding!
